QIEEBIKE stands behind the quality of our electric dirt bikes with a comprehensive warranty program. All products are covered from the date of purchase by the original retail customer. Warranty coverage is transferable to subsequent owners within the warranty period.

2 years limited warranty on all new QIEEBIKE electric dirt bikes from date of purchase.

What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Structural frame failures under normal use
- Motor malfunctions due to manufacturing defects
- Battery performance degradation below 70% capacity within warranty period
- Electronic controller failures
- Manufacturing defects in brake components
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chain, etc.)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper handling
- Modifications or alterations to the original product
- Water damage beyond IP rating specifications
- Use of non-genuine replacement parts
- Racing or commercial use (unless pre-approved)
- Damage from improper charging or use of non-approved chargers
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact your authorized QIEEBIKE dealer or our support team
- Provide proof of purchase and product serial number
- Describe the issue in detail with photos if possible
- Our technical team will evaluate and provide instructions
- For valid claims, defective parts will be repaired or replaced at no cost
Important Note
Shipping costs for warranty repairs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. Please retain your original proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
Extended Warranty
For additional peace of mind, QIEEBIKE offers extended warranty options:
- 3rd Year Extended Coverage: Covers motor, battery, and controller
- Total Care Package: Covers all components for 3 years
